1. Be Clear and Specific

2. Provide Context

3. Specify the Format & Length

4. Define the Audience & Tone

Who are you writing for? A professional audience, children, or a casual reader? And what tone should it have? Formal, informal, witty, serious? For instance, "Write a persuasive email to busy executives about the benefits of AI automation, using a professional yet engaging tone."


5. Experiment and Iterate

Prompting is an iterative process. If you don't get the desired result on the first try, refine your prompt. Add more details, change keywords, or break down complex tasks into smaller steps. Learn from each interaction.
